Just in case you're wondering... yes, I'm still working on NaNoWriMo. And I'm only one day behind, and only that because I took yesterday off after hitting the half-month point. Maybe I'll say something profound about this later, but for now... well, I'm still working on it.

I applaud you, Paul. I've given up on NaNoWriMo, at least for this year. If it fell in the summer, I think I might stand more of a chance, but that's quibbling. I can't write a set number of words a day. Sometimes they come in gluts, sometimes in spare.
Keep at it, if you're only a day behind at this point you're probably going to make it.

And by the way, I had an interesting observation the other day. Over the past two years, I've become less articulate, and slightly more emphatic. A dangerous combination.
